We understand firsthand the legal, financial, and emotional challenges that arise from the loss of a loved one. We empathetically and effectively assist our clients navigate through every stage of the estate administration process.
Trust Administration
We provide guidance and advice about trust administration issues in one of two ways, either as counsel for the trustees or as counsel for one or more of the beneficiaries of a trust.
Adoptions/ Surrogacy
We provide counsel and advice to both adopting parents and birth parents. We also guide gestational carriers and intended parents through the the contract phase and necessary legal proceedings to establish legal parentage.
